  • As required Wheat Flour
  • As required Salt
  • As required Water
  • As required Filling
  • As required Chinese Cabbage
  • As required Spring onions

  • As required Salt

  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • STEP 1.Dough

  • STEP 2.Take a bowl then add the wheat flour and salt mix them well.

  • STEP 3.Add a small amount of water at a time and keep kneading it.

  • STEP 4.Make a fine dough.

  • STEP 5.Filling

  • STEP 6.Chop the onions, spring onions, and chinese cabbage.

  • STEP 7.Make a paste of ginger and garlic.

  • STEP 8.To make the filling, take a kadai, heat the right amount of oil and add the chopped onions, saute them.

  • STEP 9.Then add the ginger-garlic paste, saute them until the raw smell goes.

  • STEP 10.Now add the ground lamb meat and cook for about 10mins.

  • STEP 11.Then add the chopped chinese cabbage and the spring onions. Saute all the ingredients well.

  • STEP 12.Add salt to taste, red chili powder and soya sauce mix them.

  • STEP 13.And cook it for 7-8mins or wait for it to cook.

  • STEP 14.The filling of shapale is ready.

  • STEP 15.Take a small portion of the dough and make a small round circle(you can cut the edges with the help of a glass or bowl)

  • STEP 16.Fill in about 2tbsp and putting little water to the edges close it in a crescent shape.

  • STEP 17.Press the with your thumb.

  • STEP 18.Repeat the same for the rest of the dough.

  • STEP 19.Take a kadai again and pour the right amount of oil. After you prepare all the shapale

  • STEP 20.Heat it in medium flame and drop the shapale, fry it for 5mins on each side or until it’s evenly brown.

  • STEP 21.Serve it with pickle or any chutney you would like.
