- 50 gram Rohu fish 6 pieces from the stomach side
- can Dori, tilapia or salmon any kind of fish be used but Rohu fish tastes better
- 0.40 onions sliced
- 0.40 red whole chilli fried in oil and mashed
- 0.40 inch cloves of garlic and 1 ginger grated and fried in oil and kept aside
- As required Chopped fresh corriander
- 0.60 tablespoon mustard oil, olive oil can be used too
- 0.40 chopped green chilli
- 1/5 small tomato fine chopped
- As required Salt
