  • 50 gram Rohu fish 6 pieces from the stomach side
  • can Dori, tilapia or salmon any kind of fish be used but Rohu fish tastes better
  • 0.40 onions sliced
  • 0.40 red whole chilli fried in oil and mashed
  • 0.40 inch cloves of garlic and 1 ginger grated and fried in oil and kept aside
  • As required Chopped fresh corriander
  • 0.60 tablespoon mustard oil, olive oil can be used too
  • 0.40 chopped green chilli
  • 1/5 small tomato fine chopped
  • As required Salt
