  • STEP 1.Cook the vermicelli according to package instructions and drain.
  • STEP 2.In a glass, add a spoonful of rose syrup at the bottom.
  • STEP 3.Add a layer of cooked vermicelli on top of the rose syrup.
  • STEP 4.Add a spoonful of sweet basil seeds (soaked in water) on top of the vermicelli.
  • STEP 5.Add a layer of jelly or fruit pieces on top of the sweet basil seeds.
  • STEP 6.Pour chilled milk over the layers, filling the glass almost to the top.
  • STEP 7.Top it off with a scoop of ice cream and garnish with chopped nuts or cherries.
  • STEP 8.Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
