Cooking directions for gravy
1.take ghee in a pan and heat it.
2.then add cinnamon sticks ,cinnamon,cloves and saute it.
3.now put onion paste slowly,and chilli powder,salt and coriander powder.
4.fry the onions until they looked cooked
5.add on chopped green chillies,ginger garlic paste.
6.now add curd and ½ cup water and saute it.
7.then add the main ingredient cashew paste and stir it fast to stop it sticking to the bottom.
8.lastly add ½ tbsp garam masala and sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
