Ingredients for Royal Egg Korma Recipe

  • 8 No.s Boiled eggs
  • 100 milliliter Ghee
  • 3 No.s Onion Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt for taste
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 10 gram Coriander leaves
  • 20 No.s Cashew paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste
  • 80 gram Curd
  • 2-3 Cardamom
  • 2-4 No.s C loves
  • 1 No.s Cinnamon stick

  • STEP 1.Cooking directions for gravy

  • STEP 2.1.take ghee in a pan and heat it.

  • STEP 3.2.then add cinnamon sticks ,cinnamon,cloves and saute it.

  • STEP 4.3.now put onion paste slowly,and chilli powder,salt and coriander powder.

  • STEP 5.4.fry the onions until they looked cooked

  • STEP 6.5.add on chopped green chillies,ginger garlic paste.

  • STEP 7.6.now add curd and ½ cup water and saute it.

  • STEP 8.7.then add the main ingredient cashew paste and stir it fast to stop it sticking to the bottom.

  • STEP 9.8.lastly add ½ tbsp garam masala and sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
