  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Juice Lemon

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Crumble the leftover rotis into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and turmeric powder. Cook until onions are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the crumbled rotis and flattened rice. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add salt and lemon juice. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
