Ingredients for rosted almond fig icecream Recipe

  • As required Roasted Almond Anjeer Icecream..😋
  • 40 ml Milkmaids
  • 30 gm whipped/fresh cream
  • 1/5 cup Milk
  • 0-1/5 nos Figs
  • 0.40 nos tbs roasted almonds
  • 1/5 tsp vanilla essence

Directions: Rosted Almond Fig Icecream Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, soak the figs in 1/2 cup hot milk.
  • STEP 2.When the figs are thoroughly soaked, make a paste of it in a mixer.
  • STEP 3.Now take a bowl, add cream in it and beat it till it becomes soft peak.
  • STEP 4.Now add milk, milkmaid and fig paste and mix well and also add vanilla essence.
  • STEP 5.Beat everything well once and cut the roasted almonds into small pieces, mix them, put them in another tight container and keep it in the fridge to freeze for 4-5 hours.
  • STEP 6.Now take it out and beat it once with an electronic beater until it becomes light.
  • STEP 7.Put the ice cream back in the container and keep it to freezer. Our ice cream will be ready to eat in seven to eight hours.
