  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine the red wine, rose petals, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 2.Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Brown the chicken on all sides, then remove from the pot.
