1 kilogram Pork
2 tablespoon flavoured Lard
As required cabbage – one portion ,diced
2 Onion
3 tomatoes – –4
2 potatoes – –3 depending on size, diced
As required Salt
4 tablespoon red chilli powder
15 garlic – –20 cloves
10 cup water – –15

STEP 1.Slice the pork into small pieces .

STEP 2.Heat the wesel and make it super hot, then stir the dry pork pieces. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the wesel and fry onions, light saute, make sure not to caramelise it.

STEP 3.Add cabbage and tomatoes, mix it for 2–3 minutes. Add the fat pieces to the wesel, add salt and chilli powder. Give everything a good mix.

STEP 4.After this add the potatoes and water. Cover the vessel with a lid till the water comes to a rolling boil.

STEP 5.Then smash the garlic pods with the back of your knife and dump it into the curry.

STEP 6.Cover the vessel with a late till the potatoes are cooked.

STEP 7.Sprinkle some chopped coriander. And the curry is ready to be served.
