How to Make Rojak Buah Petis Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Dry roast sesame seeds. Fry nuts until fragrant and then keep it aside. Dry roast belacan. Grind dried chillies and roasted belacan. Cut fruits and vegetables into pieces.

STEP 01

Take a pan, add sweet soy sauce, petis udang, water, sugar and cook it at medium flame. Then add ground chili paste and cook until sauce thickens and leave it aside. Take all the fruits and vegetables in a bowl and add sauce and mix well. Lastly granish with nuts and sesame seeds.
