 This is a very easy to make and healthy fruit.This is a type of a platter prepared with fruits,and fried dough fritters,fried beancurd tossed in shrimp paste,tamarind,sugars and peanuts.This is the freshest tasting salad .This is a type of a crunchy fruit and vegetables with fried tofu in a sweetly sticky, slightly sour dressing, sprinkled with roasted peanuts.Good for health.Healthy dish.

Ingredients for Rojak Recipe

  • 150 gram Turnip
  • 150 gram cucumber
  • 80 gram Pineapple
  • 80 gram green mango
  • 100 gram jambu
  • 2 Nos you tiao
  • 4 piece tau pok
  • As required Sauce
  • 6 tablespoon fermented prawn paste
  • 4 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 1/2 calamansi lime
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup toasted peanuts

Directions: Rojak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients of sauce except for peanuts

step 2

  • STEP 2.When sugar is melted keep 2 tbsp ground peanuts and add all and stir until evenly mixed.

  • STEP 3.Cut the turnip, pineapple, cucumber,mango,jambu,toasted you tiao and tau pok into pieces

step 4

  • STEP 4.Toss everything and add dough fritters and beancurd puffs at the end.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Serve and sprinkle with remaining ground peanuts
