  • 2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Aji amarillo sauce
  • 1 No.s whole chicken
  • As required Aji Verde Sauce

Directions: Rocoto Relleno Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, aji amarillo, salt, black pepper, paper and cumin in a bowl.

  • STEP 1. pour the sauce mic on the chicken and cover it with cling film.

  • STEP 1. leave it to marinate overnight.

step 4

  • STEP 1.preheat the oven at 425 degree f.

step 5

  • STEP 1. place the chicken on a wire rack and roast for 15 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 1.lower the heat and cook the chicken for an hour.
