  • 1/4 cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 bunch Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 Carrots, peeled, and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Garlic, cut horizontally
  • 1/2 Thumb sized ginger, peeled
  • 0.13 cup Bonito flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Freshly ground pepper
  • 400 gram Fresh ramen noodles
  • 2 Eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1.50 Seasoned toasted nori sheets, cut into squares
