Ingredients for One Pan Roasted Potatoes Recipe

  • 0.38 pound about 3 large potatoes, russet or new
  • 1/4 medium onion, peeled and quartered, layers separated
  • 1/2 inch red bell peppers, seeds removed and cut into 1 s
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • As required kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped rosemary, fresh or dry
  • 0.13 teaspoon garlic powder
  • As required olive oil spray, I use my Misto
  • 1/4 pound Italian chicken sausage, each link into 6 7 slices
