Ingredients for Roasted poha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Thik poha
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1.50 Tsp Peanut
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces Red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Roasted Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • STEP 2.Once hot add mustard seed and let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Then add peanuts,rost them with stirring constantly until they get light brown in color and becomes crispy.
  • STEP 4.Now add poha, chilli powder and salt, fry it for 3-4 minutes and serve it with tea.
