  • 2 cups Makhana
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black paper powder

Directions: Roasted Makhana Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
  • STEP 2.Add makhana and salt.
  • STEP 3.Add black pepper powder if using.
  • STEP 4.Roast for 5-6 minutes on lo wheat till slightly browned and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Cool and store in an airtight container.
