  • 100 g Chicken
  • 3 Pieces ginger
  • 6 Pieces garlic
  • 4 Pieces onions
  • 1 Tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garam masala
  • 1/2 Tablespoon tandoori colour

  • STEP 1.At first, I paste onions, ginger, garlic. Then I took the paste and 2tablespoon chilli powder, 2 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon cumin powder , 1tablespoon garam masala powder, 1 tablespoon tandoori colour then mixed all. Then I added chicken pieces and madinated all. Then I left it for 2hrs. After 2hrs I took a pressure cooker and took the madinated chicken pieces and added 2 tablespoon tomato sauce and cooked it for 5/6 minutes, then I left it 5/6 minutes more. Then I took out it and grilled it on the gas oven then I served it.
