  • 1/25 cup Garlic
  • 0.33 Fresh serrano chilies cut in 1/2 lengthwise
  • 0.67 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.33 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 0.17 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.17 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1.33 Roma tomatoes rough chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.08 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 C water
  • 0.13 cup Plain yogurt
  • 0.17 tablespoon Dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/25 cup Chopped cilantro for garnish
  • As required Serve with rice or naan bread
  • As required Easy garam masala spice mix see note below
