1- First take all colors of bell peppers , deseeded them and cut into small pieces .
2- Now take baking tray grease it well and put these bell peppers on it . Spray some oil . Keep this into preheated oven at 180 degree and roast it for about 15 minutes .
Take out from oven and cool it down .
3- Now in a pan take 2-3 tsp butter, then chopped garlic , ginger paste . Sauté it for 2 minutes . Then add chopped onion ,sauté it till transulate . Then add chopped tomatoes . Cook until they becomes mushy . Turn off the flame .
4- Now take a grinder , add roasted bell pepper , prepared tomato onion mix . Grind all ingredients well and make fine purée .
5- Now take a pan , add 1 tsp butter . now add prepared bell pepper puree and add about 1 cup of water . Cook until boils comes . Simmer it for 2-3 minutes .
Now add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well .
Turn off the flame . Roasted bell pepper soup is ready to serve . Serve hot .
