Ingredients for Roasted bell pepper soup Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces orange bell pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces red bell pepper
  • 1.25 Pieces garlic cloves chooped
  • 1/4 Pieces tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger paste
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  • As Required Butter for cooking
  • As Required Oil

How to Make Roasted Bell Pepper Soup Recipe

  • 1- First take all colors of bell peppers , deseeded them and cut into small pieces .
  • 2- Now take baking tray grease it well and put these bell peppers on it . Spray some oil . Keep this into preheated oven at 180 degree and roast it for about 15 minutes .
  • Take out from oven and cool it down .
  • 3- Now in a pan take 2-3 tsp butter, then chopped garlic , ginger paste . Sauté it for 2 minutes . Then add chopped onion ,sauté it till transulate . Then add chopped tomatoes . Cook until they becomes mushy . Turn off the flame .
  • 4- Now take a grinder , add roasted bell pepper , prepared tomato onion mix . Grind all ingredients well and make fine purée .
  • 5- Now take a pan , add 1 tsp butter . now add prepared bell pepper puree and add about 1 cup of water . Cook until boils comes . Simmer it for 2-3 minutes .
  • Now add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well .
  • Turn off the flame . Roasted bell pepper soup is ready to serve . Serve hot .
