  • 1/4 Juice of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar optional
  • 0.17 cup Olive oil + more for drizzling
  • As required Salt and pepper
  • As required Toasted sesame seeds + toasted pine nuts + fresh dill for topping
  • 3/4 cup Raw beet greens finely chopped
  • 1.50 tablespoon Toasted pine nuts finely chopped
  • 1.50 tablespoon Parmesan or nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
