  • 83.33 gram Minced Meat
  • 0.17 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 0.33 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 0.33 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.17 teaspoon Fennel Powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.33 tablespoon Gram Flour
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix minced meat, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and gram flour. Shape into small meatballs.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and fry the meatballs until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger, garlic, and spices. Cook until onions are golden. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Blend to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Return the meatballs to the pan and add the tomato paste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through. Serve hot with rice or naan.

Cooking Tips

  • For a richer gravy, you can add a tablespoon of ghee or butter at the end.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, you can increase the amount of Kashmiri red chili powder.
  • Garnish the Rista with fresh coriander leaves and a dollop of yogurt for added freshness.

  • Serve the Rista with steamed rice, naan, or Kashmiri pulao for a complete meal.
