Ingredients for Risotto Recipe

  • 1.50 cup Arborio Rice
  • 5 cup simmering chicken stock
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Directions: Risotto Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place and 4 cups of chicken stock in an oven.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining chicken stock. The parmesan wine, butter, salt and pepper and stir for 2-3 minutes continuously.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add peas and stir until heats through. Serve fresh and hot.
