How to Make Risotto Recipe

STEP 01

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place and 4 cups of chicken stock in an oven.

STEP 02

Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining chicken stock. The parmesan wine, butter, salt and pepper and stir for 2-3 minutes continuously.

STEP 03

Add peas and stir until heats through. Serve fresh and hot.
