  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind soaked rice and ripe mangoes together to form a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add salt to the batter and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the tawa.
  • STEP 4.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
