Ingredients for Ridge gourd palya Recipe

  • 1/2 g Ridge gourd pieces
  • 1/4 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 0.13 cup Chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 g Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Ridge Gourd Palya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the skin of ridge gourd and cut into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In thick bottomed pan heat a tsp of oil.
  • STEP 3.Add onion pieces and ginger garlic paste. Saute till the colour of onion pieces change.
  • STEP 4.Mix the ridge gourd pieces and cook till soft ( no need to add water ).
  • STEP 5.Mix dhaniya powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • STEP 6.Finally add cooked chana dal.
