Malpuaa is a bihari dish and specially made on the occasion of any festival specially in diwlali and holi. So come and lets enjoy malpuaa with mawa and condensed milk.
STEP 1.Take a bowl add refined flour suji crumbled mawa saunf mashed bananaππ and milkπΆπΆ and mix till it become smooth batter. Keep for rest for 20 mins.
STEP 2.Add dryfruits and elaichi powder.
STEP 3.Now take a kadai add ghee to it now take a paddle full of batter add dryfruits in center and pour into kadai and make all malpuaa one by one. Once malpua is done crisp in sides n golden brown edge take it out and put into hot sugar syrup/ chasni.π¨π¨πππππππ
STEP 4.For chasni take half kg sugar and add 250 gm water and let it boil for 5 mins and add kesar into it and elaichi powder to it. Chasni is ready now.ππππππππ
