Ingredients for Rice Stuffed Paratha Recipe

  • As Required wheat flour dough
  • 1/4 Cup Cooked rice (leftover)
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion finely chopped
  • A Handful Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Pieces Green Chillies
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon s Lemon juice
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for cooking paratha

Directions: Rice Stuffed Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine the leftover rice, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt. Stir to combine the ingredients well.
  • STEP 2.Divide the wheat flour dough into large lemon size balls.
  • STEP 3.Dust the dough balls in flour, flatten it and roll it into a circle. Place the rice filling in the centre and close the paratha by folding it.
  • STEP 4.Press the sides of the paratha down to seal the edges and gently use the rolling pin to flatten it.
  • STEP 5.Heat the tawa on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on top and allow it to cook. After few minutes flip the paratha.
  • STEP 6.Smear some oil to cook the paratha. Cook the paratha till both sides are golden.
  • STEP 7.Serve Rice Stuffed Paratha with mango pickle.
