  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add the soaked rice. Cook for 5 minutes until the rice turns golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add the cooked rice and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with more chopped nuts and serve warm or chilled.
