Ingredients for Rice kheer Recipe

  • 1 cups Milk
  • A Stem Fresh full cream milk
  • 1/20 cup rice (washed)
  • 1/10 cup Sugar
  • 0.80 g reen cardamoms

Directions: Rice Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the rice and milk in a deep pan.
  • STEP 2.Simmer over low flame, stirring occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick.
  • STEP 3.When done add sugar, raisins and cardamoms.
  • STEP 4.Stir till sugar gets dissolved properly.
  • STEP 5.Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot or chilled.
