Ingredients for Rice Coconut Cake Recipe
- 1.50 cup raw rice
- 1/2 Nos fresh coconut
- 3 tablespoon grated coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1.50 cup Jaggery
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

How to Make Rice Coconut Cake Recipe
STEP 01
Soak rice in water for 4 hours
STEP 02
Grate coconut
STEP 03
Grind soaked rice,grated coconut,cumin seeds, coconut water and make a paste.
STEP 04
Slice fresh coconut in pieces.
STEP 05
Add 1 tsp ghee in a pan and heat it. Add sliced coconut pieces and fry it until it turns golden brown.
STEP 06
Add jaggery in 1/2 cup water and boil it to make a syrup. Now strain the hot jaggery syrup into the rice batter and mix well.
STEP 07
Then add black sesame seeds and cardamom powder. Add 1 tsp ghee in a pressure cooker and heat it.
STEP 08
Now add the rice batter , fried coconut pieces and cover with the lid. Cook at low flame for 10 mins without the pressure regulator.
STEP 09
Now rest it for 30 mins.
