  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cream

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then trim the ends and slit them lengthwise.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the okra until they turn crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic. Saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, cashews, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture thickens.
