  • 1 teaspoon Indian restaurant spice mix or curry powder -recipe link below
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot madras curry powder -or use more indian restaurant mix powder if you don't have any madras curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder or 1/ cayenne mixed with 1 1/ paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kasoor methi -dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1.50 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic/ginger paste -recipe link below
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste with enough water to dilute to the consistency of pasatta
  • 7.50 ounce Curry base -recipe link below
  • 5-6 ounce Pre-cooked chicken or lamb
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind sauce-not tamarind paste or concentrate. i like maggi brand for this recipe
