An instant delicious dessert prepared mainly from a combination of rice flour,tapioca flour and egg .These ultra crispy rempeyek are made with eggless batter loaded with aromatic herbs, spices, peanuts, anchovies and then deep-fried. These rempeyek stay crispy for a long time too.

Ingredients for Rempeyek Recipe
- 250 gram raw peanuts
- 400 gram white rice flour
- 5 Nos kaffir lime leaves
- 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 5 piece Nos 1 cm kencur
- 6 Nos garlic cloves
- 6 Nos candlenuts
- As required Salt
- 1 Nos egg
- 500 milliliter Water
- 2 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 500 milliliter Oil

How to Make Rempeyek Recipe
STEP 01
Grind candlenuts,coriander,garlic,kencur, salt and make a paste
STEP 02
Cut the peanuts in half
STEP 03
Remove the centre stalk of each kaffir lime leaf and cut into thin slices.
STEP 04
Now mix the ground paste with rice flour,tapioca flour,beaten egg and stir gently in the water to make a thick cream like batter
STEP 05
Add the peanuts,sliced kaffir lime leaves into the batter
STEP 06
1.add oil in a pan & heat it.
STEP 07
2.now pour a little amount of batter into the oil forming small small patches of the batter.
STEP 08
3.cook for about a minute then take out the rempeyek out of the oil
