  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder th
  • 1 medium sized beetroot
  • 2 Egg
  • As required Vanilla essence
  • pinch Salt
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour th
  • 1/4 cup chocolate th
  • 2 tablespoon red food colouring
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

  • STEP 1.Mix melted butter and powdered sugar with a beater, add cocoa powder to it and mix it again.

  • STEP 2.Mix a finely grated beetroot and beat an egg in a separate container.

  • STEP 3.Add the egg to the mixture and take another egg and follow the same procedure and then add vanilla essence to it.

  • STEP 4.Add a pinch of salt and all-purpose flour after filtering it.

  • STEP 5.Add grated chocolate (plain chocolate) along with some red food coloring. Mix it well

  • STEP 6.Add distilled white vinegar and mix it well.

  • STEP 7.Prepare the tin with a silicon/butter paper.
