  • 50 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 4.Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.In the same pan, heat more oil and add the tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes.
