Ingredients for Red mutton curry Recipe

  • 1/4 Kg Mutton
  • 1/4 Cups dahi
  • 3/4 g Onion
  • 1.25 Tbsp Oil
  • A Few Whole garam masala
  • 1/4 Tbsp Red mirch paste
  • 3/4 Tbsp inger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kasmiri mirch
  • 1/2 To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Dhania powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Pieces Fried potato halves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Termeric

Directions: Red Mutton Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean mutton thoroghly with water .the marinate it with oil ginger garlic paste, red mirch paste ,dahi, oil , termeric and salt
  • STEP 2.Add oil in pan then add whole garam masala , tej patta,onion ginger garlic paste , red mirch paste and stir it continously
  • STEP 3.Now add marinated mutton , fied potato, tomato other masalas .
  • STEP 4.After nicely done now add water and cover it with lid for 45 min cook in slow heat .
  • STEP 5.Check if its done, then turn off the heat and add ghee and garam masala powder to enhance the taste serve it with rice or roti..
