  • 1/2 Avocado pitted
  • 1/4 Shallot finely diced
  • 1/2 Juice lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • As required Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 pinch Red chile pepper seeded, or crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 Shallot halved

  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Juice lemons
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
