  • 1 cup Very roughly chopped kale
  • 1/4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 pinch Sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Small broccoli florets
  • 1/4 Large carrot peeled and cut into matchsticks or shredded
  • 1/2 cup Red cabbage sliced as thinly as you can
  • 1 Red radishes sliced thinly and then cut into 1/2 moons, or 1 daikon radish, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 0.13 cup Dried arame seaweed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure maple syrup
  • 0.13 teaspoon Very finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Water
