  • 0.13 ounce 6 dried guajillo or new mexican chiles stemmed, halved lengthwise, and seeded
  • 1/4 Large tomatoes
  • 0.38 tablespoon Mild olive oil
  • 0.13 Medium white onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Large garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 0.06 cup Crushed canned tomatoes with their juice
  • 0.31 teaspoon Dried mexican oregano
  • As required Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Homemade chicken stock or canned low sodium broth
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4-0.38 Large radishes sliced paper thin
  • 0.03 cup White vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 0.03 cup Cold water
  • As required Sea salt
  • 0.06 inch 1 ripe but not mushy avocado cut into cubes
  • 0.06 cup Packed chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.13-1/4 Limes cut into 8 to 12 wedges
  • 0.13 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Corn tortillas warmed or cut in strips and fried in oil or toasted in a dry skillet until crisp
