1/2 litre full fat milk
1/2 cup roasted vermicelli
1 tsp Custard powder
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Thandai powder
1/4 cup chopped Apples
1/4 cup Sliced grapes
1/2 tsp Tutti frutti
1 tsp Chopped pistachios
As required Rose petals for garnishing

STEP 1.Step 1
STEP 2.Take a pan pour milk n cook for 10minutes, now take out 4 tsp milk in a small bowl n cooldown..
STEP 3.Then add Custard Powder n mix it well n keep aside...
STEP 4.Now in the milk add Vermicelli n ghee n cook for another 5mins..
STEP 5.Now add condensed milk n thandai powder n mix it well, again cook for 5mins..
STEP 6.Now add Custard Powder mixture n stir continuously for 2mins on low flame..
STEP 7.Switch off the flame..
STEP 8.Cooldown for few minutes..
STEP 9.Now take a serving glass pour Vermicelli Custard then add chopped fruits, again pour Vermicelli Custard n on the top add chopped fruits , nut n rose petals ...
