  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger, Grated
  • 2 cup Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 4 ounce Sliced Pork Or Protein Of Your Choice
  • 2 Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 Soft Boiled Eggs

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In another pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
