  • 66.67 g bone less chicken
  • 0.33 Tsp Raw pepper corn paste
  • 0.67 Tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tsp Onion chopped
  • 2 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 0.33 As Required ginger garlic paste
  • As Required Roasted cumin powder
  • As Required Garam masala powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Refined flour
  • 0.33 Tsp Corn flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • A Pinch Turmeric powder
  • As Required Lemon juice
  • A Pinch Sugar

Directions: Raw pepper chicken #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Chicken marination :-in a mixing bowl add chicken pieces (1 inch cut), turmeric powder, lemon juice, refined flour, corn flour, salt(according to your taste), add little water, mix all ingredients nicely.
  • STEP 2.In a fry pan add oil fry chicken pieces until golden brown and crisp.
  • STEP 3.Remove chicken pieces.
  • STEP 4.Same oil add curry leaves, chopped onions. Fry for three minutes on high heat.
  • STEP 5.Add half teaspoon ginger garlic paste, and raw pepper corn paste. Mix nicely. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat.add little water.
  • STEP 6.Add salt according to your taste and pinch of sugar on it. Add fried chicken. Mix gently.
  • STEP 7.Now add half teaspoon cumin powder and half teaspoon garam masala.
  • STEP 8.Mix and cook until fully dry.
  • STEP 9.Delicious raw pepper chicken ready to serve.
