  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chana Dal

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the vermicelli according to the package instructions and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves. Saute until the dals turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped raw mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked vermicelli to the pan and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

  • Make sure to cook the vermicelli al dente, as it will continue to cook when added to the pan.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
