STEP 1.First, wash the green moong dal thoroughly and soak it for 5–6 hours.
STEP 2.Then drain the water, cover the bowl with a cloth, and keep it aside for 8–10 hours to let the sprouts form properly.
STEP 3.Next, wash the spinach well with hot salted water, drain it, and make a paste in a mixer.
STEP 4.In a bowl, mix the Aashirvaad multigrain flour, curd, salt, spinach paste, and raw mango paste to form a batter.
STEP 5.Cover and let it rest for 1 hour. In another bowl, mix the sprouted moong with black salt, chopped tomato, and lemon juice.
STEP 6.Heat a tawa on the stove. Once hot, sprinkle a little water and wipe it off.
STEP 7.Place the molds on the tawa, pour in the batter, and spread the moong mixture on top. Press gently and cook small mini chillas.
