  • 50 gm Sago
  • 1 Pieces Raw bananas
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon green chilly paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon cumin & black pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon lemon juice
  • As Required Salt as par test
  • 1 Tbsp teb aara flour or singada flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp teb spoon rosted peanut crush
  • 250 g Oil

Directions: Raw Bananas Nd Sago Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.#fry
  • STEP 2.First wash sago 2times gently with water than soak 2hours with same measurements as sago 1cup sago +1cup water..now cook banana with 2 whistle in cooker.juz peel it , meshing or grated. Than add all ingredients, sago nd mix well.make small vada tikki than frying on heat oil till crisp brown. Serve it green chatni.
