  • 1/10 cup Soya Granules
  • 1/5 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 0.40 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • 1/10 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the raw bananas until they are soft. Peel and mash them in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 3.Add the mashed bananas, soya granules, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and breadcrumbs to a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • STEP 4.Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Remove the patties from the pan and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 7.Serve the Raw Banana Soya Patties hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
