Ingredients for Raw Banana Pepper Fry Recipe

  • 2 Raw banana
  • 20 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Urad dal
  • 1/2 tablespoon Asafoetida powder
  • As required Few curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Peppercorns
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coriander powder

Directions: Raw Banana Pepper Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel the banana and cut into pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Grind and prepare a paste of- cumin powder, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, peppercorns, red chilli powder, coriander powder and some water.

  • STEP 1.Crush the garlic in a garlic/ginger crusher.

  • STEP 2.Put the sliced banana in a bowl and add grinded paste,crushed garlic.

  • STEP 3.Mix well and leave for 5 mins.

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard.

  • STEP 1.After mustard crackles add urad dal.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Now add asafoetida powder.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Then add few curry leaves.

  • STEP 1.Add ½ tbsp salt and saute it well.

  • STEP 1.Sprinkle some water and then cover it with a lid.

  • STEP 1.Cook it for 5-7 mins on medium flame.

  • STEP 1.Sprinkle 1 pepper powder and mix well.

  • STEP 1.Put some curry leaves and saute.
