Ingredients for Raw Banana Pakoda Recipe

  • 1 No.s Raw Banana
  • 8 piece Garlic Cloves
  • 100 gram Gram flour
  • 2.50 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 1 No.s Green chilli
  • As required Few curry leaves
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Raw Banana Pakoda Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel the raw banana and grate it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Crush garlic cloves

step 3

  • STEP 3.Take a bowl and add grated banana,gram flour,rice flour and red chilli powder.

  • STEP 4.Then add kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric and asafoetida powder.

  • STEP 5.Now add chopped onions,green chillies and crushed garlic.

  • STEP 6.Add coriander leaves and curry leaves and mix well.

step 7

  • STEP 7.1.add ½ litre oil in a pan and heat it.

step 8

  • STEP 8.2.add 2 tbsp of heated oil into the mixture and mix well.

step 9

  • STEP 9.3.take a small quantity of the mixture and fry it at medium flame for 5 mins.

step 10

  • STEP 10.4.now fry some curry leaves and top it onto the pakoda.
