Ingredients for Raw banana kebab Recipe

  • 0.33 Pieces raw banana
  • 0.33 Pieces Potato
  • 0.33 Tsp tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 0.33 Pieces slice bread
  • 0.17 Tsp teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.17 Tsp teaspoon red chilli Powder
  • 0.17 Tsp teaspoon grated ginger
  • To Taste salt and sugar
  • As Required As needed oil fir frying

Directions: Raw Banana Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first boil the banana and potato adding salt.
  • STEP 2.Now peel off the banana and potato
  • STEP 3.Mash both of it well and add all the masala in it
  • STEP 4.Now add the flour and bread slice and knead it to a soft dough
  • STEP 5.Heat a pan add oil and take small portion of the dough,give shape of kebabs and fry.
  • STEP 6.Serve it hot along with tea or coffee
