  • STEP 3.Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 4.Dip the banana slices in the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying.
  • STEP 6.Fry the coated banana slices in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 7.Remove from the oil and drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
