Ingredients for Ravi Rotti Recipe

  • 1 Cups Ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut shredded
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 1.50 pieces Dry red chilly
  • 1 g Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1.50 A Few Mint leaves
  • 1 cup Sesame oil

Directions: Ravi Rotti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl and add ragi flour.
  • STEP 2.Cut the vegetables set aside the plate.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well .
  • STEP 4.Slowly add water little by little and bring it to a soft dough , if your hands are sticky you can add little oil and mix.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough to equal parts, Take away paper and spread the dough with greased fingers on the paper.
  • STEP 6.On a hot tawa, put a tsp of oil and transfer the rotti on the tawa then add oil on the edges of the rotti and cook on both sides.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with ghee or any curry , chutney etc.
