  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, and capsicum. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add semolina (rava) and roast it on low flame until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add water, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook until the rava absorbs the water and becomes soft.
